1. How do I contact customer service?
If you wish you can call our toll free number: 1.800.222.2299, 7 days a week. With this one easy number You have an option of speaking directly with a Representatives or using the Automated Banking Service by simply pressing 1 button. Customer Service Representatives are available from 7am to 8 pm Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm Saturdays and 12:00noon to 4pm on Sundays. If you prefer you can e-mail us using our Contact Us form.

2. What if I've lost my ATM or Debit Card and need a replacement?
If you lose your ATM or Debit Card, contact us immediately to cancel your card and request a new one. Call Rockland Trust at 1.800.222.2299, 7 days a week. or visit one of our 50+ branch locations.

3. What is the SUMsm network?
When you use an ATM at a financial institution where you don't have an account, that institution may charge you an access fee or "surcharge." Rockland Trust is a member of the SUM Program, so all you have to do is look for ATMs that have the "SUM" logo, and you won't pay a surcharge. 5. Does Rockland Trust offer a checking account for seniors?
Yes. If you are 65 years of age or older, you may be interested in a 18/65 Interest Checking Account. This account carries no minimum balance requirement or monthly service fee. It is ideal for those maintaining moderate balances. There is also our 18/65 Savings Account for your savings needs.

6. How safe is my money? Is Rockland Trust FDIC insured?
Rockland Trust is an FDIC Institution. Your deposits are insured up to $100,000. For more information on FDIC insurance, visit the FDIC online at www.fdic.gov/deposit.

1. How do I contact customer service?
We have dedicated Business Specialists available to assist our business customers’ toll free at 1.888.878.7824. For your convenience you also have an option to make tax payments, or order checks, retrieve account information or simply speak directly with a Business Specialist with one easy selection. Business Specialists are available from 8am to 8 pm Monday through Friday.

2. What if I've lost my Business Debit Card and need a replacement?
If you lose your Business Debit Card, contact us immediately to cancel your card and request a new one. Call Rockland Trust at 1.888.878.7824, 7 days a week. or visit one of our 50+ branch locations.

3. What is the SUMSM network?

Check Imaging

  1. What is Check Imaging?
  2. Is there a charge for Check Imaging?
  3. Will I receive a monthly statement with my check images?
  4. What if I need a copy of a check?
  5. Will I be able read the copy of my checks?
  6. Are Check Images considered to be legal documents?

1. What is Check Imaging?
Image checks replace stacks of canceled checks with a clear, sharp image on your statement of each check paid (front only).

2. Is there a charge for Check Imaging?
No, Rockland Trust provides this convenient service to our customers at no additional charge.

3. Will I receive a monthly statement with my check images?
Yes. You’ll still receive information on your account with images of all your checks.

4. What if I need a copy of a check?
If you need a copy of the back of a check Just stop by one our branch offices or call our Customer Service Center at 1.800.222.2299 and a copy can be retrieved.

5. Will I be able read the copy of my checks?
Yes. To ensure maximum readability of the image recommend that you use a blue or black medium point pen when issuing a check. Simple check designs work best. Scenic checks and dark designs do not image well and may be difficult to read. If you have difficulty reading your imaged checks contact Customer Service for options to increase the size of your checks

6. Are Check Images considered to be legal documents?
Yes. Image checks are accepted by the IRS and in a court of law.
